The Visiting Nurse Association of Southeastern Connecticut is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to optimizing the health and well being of the people in our region. VNASC is made up of three major components - Home Health Care, School Health Program and Community Wellness Initiatives.
Home Health Care provides skilled nursing and therapy services for the acute and chronic needs of a wide variety of patients. In 2010, our staff of 140 nurses, physical therapists, social workers, home health aides and homemakers made almost 140,000 visits to help care for 3,387 patients living in the 20 communities served by the VNA.

Hospice Southeastern Connecticut provides care in the home and often in skilled nursing facilities for those facing the end of their life, regardless of age, disease or inability to pay.
