Give to L+M
Lawrence + Memorial Hospital is fortunate to have a strong network of supporters, which has been increasing steadily over the past several years. Philanthropy has always been the lifeblood of this institution, and the Hospital has been able to transform itself into a modern health system because of the dedicated commitment of many donors.
One such example of support, is the generous gift made by Jim & Linda Falcone of Groton Long Point for the creation of the Healing Garden at the L+M Cancer Center in affiliation with Dana-Farber community cancer care in Waterford. Linda, who is a cancer survivor, feels strongly about the power of a Healing Garden to provide comfort and support to patients, their families, and the Center’s staff.
