A program for expectant and first time parents that provides you with parenting information and support. Classes available in topics such as home safety, baby talk, sleeping like a baby, dental health, starting solid foods, crying, comforting and colic. Registration required. Fee: Free (Donations and employer match contributions are accepted)
Infant Massage Classes: For parents and their infants ages 6 weeks old up to crawling age
Baby and You Playgroups: For parents and child up to their first birthday
Toddler and You Playgroups: For parent and child (1 and 2 years old)
