At L&M we help our patients make there way to recovery through a team approach. It is our goal to ensure that they receive quality, coordinated care.
Our doctors coordinate a patient's medical care along with the other members of the health care team, nurses, technicians, therapists and staff members.
A case manager (a registered nurse) assists in coordinating a patient's hospital stay. Every patient is assigned a case manager who communicates with the patient and their family throughout their hospitalization. The case manager also communicates with insurance companies or other agencies as needed and assists in planning for home care needs.
