The Lawrence & Memorial Therapeutic & Personal Fitness Center is open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, early morning or evening hours by appointment. Class times vary.
Professional Staff
The staff at L&M's Therapeutic & Fitness Facility
is backed by a medical director, and is well supported
by the resources of a hospital-based rehabilitation
and sports medicine program. Working with our staff
is an experience filled with training tips that will
remain with our clients for the rest of their lives.

- Broad range of educational backgrounds that will be matched to your specific fitness needs.
- Each exercise professional has achieved a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in exercise science or health-related program and a Certification or License in their specialty.
- They will help you reach your desired goals safely and efficiently.
Preventive medicine may be more affordable than you think.
The Center's services are not covered by health insurance. Clients pay fees "out-of-pocket." Individuals can self-refer, or be referred by a physician or health care professional. An affordable program can be arranged to fit your financial needs.

All fitness programs are specifically designed for each individual client.

Directions
The Therapeutic & Personal Fitness Center is located on the 1st floor of Building 6 of the Eastport North Office Park, located at 6 Vista Drive in Old Lyme, CT.
From New London:
Exit 71 off of I-95 South. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Four Mile River Road and then take an immediate left into the Business Park. Bear left and the building will be the last one on your left.
From Old Saybrook:
Exit 71 off of I-95 North. At the end of the exit ramp, turn right onto Four Mile River Road. Cross over I-95, then turn left into the Business Park. Bear left and the building will be the last one on your left.
