Directions

Flanders Health Center is located in Latimer Brook Commons at the intersection of Routes 1 & 161 at Flanders Four Corners, East Lyme (exit 74 off I-95 travelling north; exit 75 off I-95 travelling south).

From New York, Old Saybrook and The Lymes:
Take I-95 north to exit 74. Turn left onto Route 161, proceed until you see the first traffic light at the intersection of Routes 1 & 161. Latimer Brook Commons is located on your right, just before you reach the traffic light at Flanders Four Corners.

From Providence & Boston area:
Take I-95 south to exit 75. Go straight on Route 1 (Boston Post Road) until you see the first traffic light. Latimer Brook Commons is located on your left, just before you reach the traffic light at Flanders Four Corners.

From Norwich:
Take I-395 south to I-95 south, exit 75 and follow the directions from Providence & Boston area.
