What Our Patients Say About Us

Quality Rehabilitation Services at Lawrence & Memorial

Lawrence & Memorial Hospital is dedicated to providing quality care. One of the tools we utilize to measure our quality is UDSmr. This tool allows us to measure ourselves against the region and the nation. In doing this we are able to see how we "measure up". We subscribe to this national outcome system because it supplies us with necessary information so we can make informed decisions, identify opportunities for improvement and provide the best care possible.

Change in functional status assists people in leading quality lives in the least restrictive environment possible. We hope this information will be useful to you; we welcome and encourage your feedback.

*UDSmr is a trademark of the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation, a division of UB Foundation Activities, Inc.

We would like to share some of our measurements with you in a "Report Card" format.
