The only one of its kind in the region, L&M's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), is ready to respond immediately in the case of newborn stress or premature birth. Staffed by board-certified neonatologists, all of whom hold faculty positions at Yale University School of Medicine, highly skilled nurse practitioners and physician assistants, our facility offers a team approach to providing care to NICU's patients. The NICU staff provides one-on-one intensive care around the clock for the most critical newborn babies.
