From New York, Old Saybrook, the Lymes, Waterford & New London:
Take I-95 north to exit 88. Turn right onto route 117 south and take the first road on your left, Hazelnut Hill Road. The Pequot Health Center entrance is the first left turn off Hazelnut Hill Road. The entrance to the Same-Day Surgery is the second left turn off of Hazelnut Hill Road.

From Westerly, Mystic & Stonington:
Take I-95 south to exit 88. Turn left onto route 117 South. Continue under the overpass a short distance to Hazelnut Hill Road and turn left. The Pequot Health Center entrance is the first left turn off Hazelnut Hill Road. The entrance to the Same-Day Surgery is the second left turn off of Hazelnut Hill Road.

From Norwich:
Take I-395 south to I-95 north, exit 88, and follow directions from New York.

From Ledyard Center:
Take route 117 south until you drive under the I-95 over-pass. Take first left onto Hazelnut Hill Road, and follow directions from New York.
