Rehabilitation Services at Lawrence + Memorial Hospital are designed to help patients recover from injury, illness, or surgery including joint replacement. Our highly trained therapists work one-one one with each patient to provide excellent patient care and assist individuals in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Our facilities are conveniently located, clean, and furnished with state-of-the-art equipment. We provide individualized care in audiology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy. When your physician office submits a referral order, our central scheduling department will call you to schedule your initial outpatient evaluation.
