As part of Yale New Haven Health, PhysicianOne Urgent Care offers routine medical treatment for all ages. Our experienced providers treat a long list of non-life-threatening injuries and illnesses. We’re open 365 days per year and never require appointments. You can simply walk right in to receive care — or utilize our convenient online check-in system to skip the wait in the waiting room.
PhysicianOne is across from the Southbury Green Shopping Center and in front of Jordan’s Restaurant. It's the second building back; the entrance is in the front of the building, facing Southbury’s Main Street.
