These highly trained, board-certified experts listen, they care and they understand what their patients are going through. They know how to diagnose and treat whatever heart-related aches, pains and other issues you or a loved one are suffering.

Specialists from Northeast Medical Group diagnose and treat conditions affecting the endocrine system, including diabetes, obesity and metabolic syndrome.

Heart and Vascular Center interventional radiologists work with nursing and technologist staff to offer minimally invasive, image-guided, non-surgical treatments for vascular and non-vascular disease with excellent outcomes for pediatric and adult patients. IR advances allow for minimally invasive treatment for a wide range of conditions on an outpatient basis.
Perinatal Specialists provide diagnostic testing and care for both normal and high-risk pregnancies.
Surgeons in many specialties perform adult and pediatric outpatient surgery.
Pediatric specialists from Yale New Haven Children’s Hospital are available for a one-time consultation or to provide treatment for children with acute or chronic medical or surgical conditions.

The Ahlbin Rehabilitation Center provides physical, occupational and speech/language therapy. Specialty services include oncology rehabilitation, lymphedema treatment, neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention and balance therapy, orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation and work-injury rehabilitation.
Specialists diagnose and treat conditions affecting the joints, muscles and bones, including autoimmune diseases.
Located on the first floor of the West Pavilion, a wide range of services are available to students of Sacred Heart University. Free shuttle service is also offered to and from Sacred Heart University campus.

Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Cancer Center specialists are available in medical oncology, hematology, surgical oncology subspecialties, radiation oncology, breast oncology and other disease specialties. Smilow Cancer Hospital’s Head and Neck Cancer Multidisciplinary Clinic is offered at Park Avenue Medical Center in Trumbull. Specialists from Smilow Cancer Hospital and Yale Medicine collaborate to provide coordinated patient care. Other resources include physical and speech therapists, nutritionists, advanced practice nurses, social workers and a patient navigator.

The Yale Spine Center specialists treat spinal disorders and offer treatment that includes advanced and minimally invasive procedures, including surgery. The team includes spine-trained neurosurgeons, orthopedic surgeons, pain specialist and physiatrists.
Providers diagnose and treat patients who have medical conditions affecting the kidneys, bladder or reproductive organs.
In collaboration with Yale Medicine providers, Bridgeport Hospital offers consultations for bariatric weight loss surgery.

Parking Escorts: Security officers will be continuously rounding the parking area in golf carts and are pleased to escort you from your vehicle to any building entrance. If you are unable to locate a security officer call 203-331-2159.

The Norma Pfriem Healing Garden is designed to support the care we provide to patients at the Park Avenue Medical Center. The garden is open year-round as weather permits for patients, visitors and staff. Enjoy peaceful surroundings, seasonal flowers and the soothing sound of cascading water.
Patient Concierge
A patient concierge will be available at each entrance to help direct you to your appointment if needed. A wheelchair escort can be arranged for patients who need special assistance.
Café 5520
Food and beverage items are available for purchase at Café 5520 located on the main level of Park Avenue Medical Center.

Wireless internet access is available in the main reception area (Level 1) and Smilow lobby (Garden Level) in the Park Avenue Medical Center building.
