Get #FitForTheFrontLine to support our staff

Yale New Haven Health and Yale Medicine are joining forces with other top U.S. medical centers to start #FitForTheFrontLine, a national fitness challenge to honor and support front-line healthcare workers who have worked tirelessly to save lives during COVID-19.

The challenge, which runs through Sunday, June 14, empowers people of all ages to engage in physical activity to raise funds that will help our nation’s healthcare heroes, including those at YNHHS and Yale Medicine, confront the psychosocial impacts of COVID-19.

It’s easy to participate. Choose any physical activity; post the donation link, givetoynhh.org/frontline, to your social media pages, along with a description of your activity and the hashtag #FitForTheFrontLine. Ask your friends, family and social network to make a donation to show their support.

Proceeds go to a special fund at YNHHS that will provide vital mental health and wellness resources to front-line providers and support staff involved in all aspects of patient care at YNHHS hospitals during the pandemic.
