The COVID-19 pandemic has created unprecedented demands on patient care and disrupted the global supply chain, resulting in critical supply shortages.
Resource conservation efforts allowed Yale New Haven Health System to meet the demands of this pandemic to keep our patients and staff safe. Lessons from COVID-19 can help us transform our health system to both prevent pollution and improve our resiliency in the face of future supply chain disruptions.
The Center for Healthcare Sustainability and Clinical Redesign at Yale New Haven Health is conducting a survey (in network only) to better understand employee ideas about resource conservation efforts. Please take a few minutes to share your firsthand experience and thoughts on the subject.

A very simple thing everyone can do to help is to reduce waste.”
