Safety, Quality and Experience Conference returns to Oakdale Theatre in June

Mark your calendars for the popular Joseph A. Zaccagnino Safety, Quality and Experience Conference, scheduled for June 9, at the Oakdale Theatre, Wallingford. For the third year, Yale New Haven Health and Yale School of Medicine have combined resources to create a dynamic day of learning dedicated to sharing strategies, lessons and results to improve and transform the healthcare experience. The conference is open to employees, staff and faculty across the sponsoring organizations.

This year’s guest speakers include:

  • BJ Miller, assistant clinical professor of Medicine, University of California San Francisco; former executive director, Zen Hospice Project; author, A Beginner’s Guide to the End
  • Laurie Santos, head, Silliman College, professor, Psychology, Yale University; host, “The Happiness Lab Podcast”
  • Nick Propper, performance coach and senior manager, Professional Services Vertical and Business Model Innovation, Johnson & Johnson Human Performance Institute (HPI)
