Public forum to be held December 4

New London, CT – November 20, 2018 – Notice is hereby given of a public forum to be conducted Tuesday, December 4, 2018, beginning at 5:30 pm at the Holiday Inn located at 35 Governor Winthrop Boulevard in New London.

This forum is held in compliance with requirements established by the Connecticut Office of Healthcare Access as a condition for affiliation between Yale New Haven Health and Lawrence + Memorial Healthcare.
