Michael Reel, MD, MBA, provides comprehensive gynecologic and obstetric care to women of all ages.
Dr. Reel says the best part of his job is getting to know patients over a lifetime. “I enjoy providing care that ranges from annual well-woman care, to issues that can be managed in the office setting, to complex concerns that may include advanced medical and surgical care at Yale-New Haven Hospital," he says. "I like that we can comprehensively care for patients from adolescence, through pregnancy care, through menopause and beyond."
He offers complete obstetrical care, routine gynecological exams, management of menstrual cycle problems and irregular bleeding, management of menopausal issues including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and contraception management. He specializes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery including hysteroscopic procedures, laparoscopy and robotic assisted surgical procedures including hysterectomy.
