Health Sciences Library

Welcome

Welcome to the Health Sciences Library at Lawrence + Memorial. The Library is proud to support the information needs of our colleagues: physicians, nurses, allied health and other healthcare professionals and those in school. We offer responsive library services and current, authoritative databases to support, as an example, patient care, research and quality improvement projects.

Online Journals

All of our online journals can be found in Publication Finder

CINAHL, Clinical Key for Nursing, Clinical Key, and Total Access provide full text journals and are also included in Publication Finder.

Library Computers

The L+M Library currently has 10 computers for staff to use. The Library is a great place to do your LMS training, online assignments or courses. It gives you the quiet you might need to focus and concentrate. Earbuds are available.

Our Reference Services

• Training on resources, individually, in small groups or for departments/units
• Assistance with literature searches
• Brainstorming about literature search strategies
• Providing articles (via email/PDF)
• Interlibrary loan services as needed.
