The Infectious Disease Service (ID Service) of Lawrence + Memorial (L+M) Hospital founded in April 1989 and has continued to provide care in the southern part of New London County. The mission of the Infectious Disease Service is to improve the health of the region in prevention and treatment of infectious diseases.
